We would like to recongnize Jon Siptrott's superb effort during our initial screening of homes in the Galt area that started in early August and after our decision to purchase the property, that closed at the end of August 2008.

We were immediately impressed with Jon's low-keyed approach, Knowlage of the market, and with his honest appraisal on the credits & Debits of each property that we observed. His past experience in the construction business unquely qualified him in providing us with factual answers to our many questions on the status of the various properties. We were never rushed or pressured to make a choice.

Following our decision to purchase the property of intrest, he became extremely proactive and helpful in expediting home and pool inspections that were necessary for us to fully understand the condition of the property prior to making our finial decision. He was always availble when asked to open the property for home revisits and to answer questions in a comprehensive manner.

Jon's professionalism in providing follow-up was responsible for expediting the process with the Lender and Escrow process to meet our closing requirement. We commend and thank Jon for all his hard work and for always being there for us. We're confident, that he is a great asset to your orginization. We give him outstanding marks in all aspects and will gladly refer him to our friends that may need real estate assistance.

I wanted to acknowledge the important role you played in my obtaining the first home I've ever owned after 30+ years of renting.
I believe that if you were not my realtor, I would not have been able to key this note in my own house.
With all the problems I had with the lender, you kept right at them trying to get action. You also helped explain a lot of information I needed to know about my home.
Being a first time home buyer I asked a lot of questions and you answered them to the best of your knowledge, which is considerable.
You are very knowledgable in explaining most of the numerous documents I had to read, sometimes sign and, most importantly, understand.
Unlike the lender, you always returned my calls and responded to my e-mails in a reasonable time period.
You were and are invaluable to me. I would contact you again if I ever need to buy another property. I would also highly recommend you to anyone that asks for a reference.

I contacted Jon Siptrott to search for a home for me in the Elk Grove CA. area. We discussed what I wanted and the area that I prefered. He is very professional and kept me abreast of what the market was doing. He represented me and informed me as to what I can get any specific real estate for and where the best deal is. Jon Siptrott in an honest real estate agent. He spent the greater part of a day showing me the properties on the market and making honest comments on what he thought of them.
